Balance Spa Policies

At balance we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of the company policies and procedures listed below. These policies were designed to ensure a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.

Cancellation policy
Because scheduled appointments cannot be available for other awaiting clients, we respectfully require that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance, 48 hours for two or more services, or spa packages, and 72 hours for parties. We will charge 50% for uncanceled appointments.

If you are late to an appointment
When you book an appointment with us your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. To enhance your experience we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event that you are late for your appointment, you are still responsible to pay the full amount and you will receive the remaining time of your treatment. If the client does not arrive for their appointment at all (no show) the full amount of the treatment will be charged to the credit card used to hold the treatment.

Treatment series are exchangeable but not refundable
When you purchase a series of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Unfortunately, the series is not refundable. Balance spa does, however, have an exchange policy that gives you the option to exchange the series for another service.

We are sorry but products are not refundable. Balance accepts visa, MasterCard, American Express, pre-paid gift certificates including spa finder and cash.
